Jamsari Mohamad Aris is the company’s Director of TD Aziz Sdn Bhd. He holds a Degree in Business (Valuation & Land Economy) (Curtin, Australia), a Registered Valuer, Real Estate Agent and Property Manager by profession, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in Private Sector (PEPS).

He started his career in property consultancy field in late 1980s and has 30 years in the valuation for various types of properties including plantation valuations, listing valuations (IPO), listed company valuations, Securities Commission valuations, Bursa Malaysia valuations, mortgage valuations, probate valuations, compulsory acquisition, litigations, arbitrations, corporate real estate and assessor.

He is a Director-in-charge for our Johor Bahru branch.
